We understand that plans can change.
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been dispatched, we’ll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
This is because the package is already in transit with our courier partner.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, any refund (if applicable) may be processed only after deducting the shipping and handling charges.
